Introduction to event support
Event support can be critical to the success of your event and ensuring your organisation stands out from the crowd. Our experienced design and artworking team work with you to bring your event materials to life. We provide support pre, during and post-event that is scalable depending on the size and complexity of your needs.
What is event support, and why is it important?
Event support may include social asset creation to promote the event, merchandise, stand design or videos post-event. Event support from an experienced design team means the opportunity to create materials that are tailored to your organisation and engage your target audiences. This also ensures that materials are not only consistent with existing branding but elevate the organisation to promote trust and generate audience interest.
Benefits of event support
Event support not only ensures your organisation is represented with high-quality designs but can also save time and resources. We work with our clients to ensure designs meet your needs and preferences.
The stages of event support
Stage 1: Preparation
We first look to understand more about the event itself, your brand, and your objectives for attending. We’ll also want to know more about the types of materials you’re interested in i.e stand support, collateral, social assets etc. This provides essential context to take forward to the next stage.
Stage 2: Concept development
Once we know the background, we start concept development for the materials. This usually involves our design team presenting two to three conceptual directions before we roll out across the specified materials.
Stage 3: Concept finalisation
Once a direction has been selected, we’ll do any final tweaks and then roll out across all of the assets discussed.
Stage 4: Preparation for implementation
Finally, we’ll prepare files for print or for merchandise specs ready to be produced for a successful event.
We’ll first look to understand the event that you require assets for and any initial ideas on direction. We’ll then prepare options for the conceptual direction for your review before we roll this out to designs for all assets required. Upon finalising the designs, we’ll then artwork the final files to supply for production.
