Over the years we’ve worked on many different challenges. We’ve produced user guides for first-generation mobile phones, helped the UK Government design labelling for new IoT device security standards and supported many clients address fundamental communication challenges with a broad range of audiences. During this time we have refined the process that guides our work. It consists of four stages: Definition, Solution, Implementation, and Optimisation. Though the process remains the same, the activities we complete during each stage are tailored to the specific challenges at hand.
