If we consider that ‘you’re only as good as your people’, employees are the most valuable asset a company can have. Keeping those employees engaged and happy is increasingly important to every business, every day, everywhere.
Compared with industry norms*, Make it Clear’s rate of employee engagement is much higher. 91% of Make it Clear employees are engaged, while the Design Business Association (DBA) industry score shows 79% of employees from other design agencies are engaged.
The DBA measure of engagement combines rational factors (how people view leadership and strategy), employee motivation and emotional ties to the organisation, as well as enablement (having the right tools).
So naturally, we’re quite pleased with the result.
Our favourite individual category results show that all Make it Clear employees feel they can be themselves at work and believe in the company goals.
