Mark Constable is an experienced business coach boasting over 15 years of experience. Specialising in aiding mid-tier business leaders in securing their future, Mark focuses on retaining top talent through executive development and retention programs. Given our longstanding partnership with Mark, Make it Clear were eager to lend our expertise when Mark presented us with a design challenge.
The challenge
Mark was seeking to redefine his position in the market, aiming to craft a proposition that would establish him as a market leader in executive development and retention. Transitioning from a previous business partnership, Mark was keen to establish his reputation and presence in the market.
Our approach
Our approach to this challenge was to commence with a stakeholder workshop. This workshop facilitated the alignment of the proposed approach and the distillation of the foundations for the brand identity. Following the workshop, Make it Clear conducted a series of user research interviews with Mark’s client base, which aided in shaping a messaging framework. The research outputs were used to underpin the creative concepts and the creation of the revised name ‘Mark & Co.’ The approach was designed to allow the ‘Co’ to extend to cover other principles, for example Mark & Collaboration.
Outcomes
The output of our work has encompassed brand guidelines, presentation templates, business cards, and branded materials. We are thrilled to continue supporting Mark as his business flourishes, and we are pleased to recommend his services.
