The challenge
Ali Donnelly and Jenny Mitton approached Make it Clear with an inspiring vision: to create an organisation dedicated to empowering women in rugby. It was an incredible experience working alongside such a passionate and driven team, deeply committed to making a difference in the sport. The collaboration began with a clear goal—to establish a name and brand that encapsulated their mission. The team at Make it Clear worked diligently to bring their vision to life. The result was Women of Union, a brand born from their shared passion and dedication to fostering a rugby community where women feel valued, supported, safe, and respected.
Our approach
Make it Clear collaborated closely with the Women of Union team through regular meetings to ensure a seamless creative process. Together, we transformed initial concepts into fully realised designs and comprehensive brand guidelines. This included the careful selection and purchasing of an appropriate domain to establish a strong online presence and the ongoing refinement of brand assets to ensure consistency and alignment with their vision.
Outcomes
The brand has now been successfully implemented across a spectacular London launch event, the website, and social media channels. With the organisation fully launched, it continues to grow its community, attracting new members every day.
