UX/UI Account Manager

Our studio is on the hunt for UX/UI Account Manager to help drive our digital projects and client relationships.

£32,000 - £38,000

 

If you are methodical, organised and collaborative with experience delivering digital products and services – we’d love to work with you.

You should be comfortable working on technical projects with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), have excellent communication and workshopping skills, and be passionate about helping people through design.

   

Key responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for clients and other stakeholders; providing effective direction to ensure we are delivering to agreed strategic objectives, on time and on budget
  • Preparing suitable responses to briefs and finding effective ways to work within the client’s budget
  • Creating detailed plans encompassing project stages, delivery dates, budgets and statements of work
  • Actively driving the growth of client accounts, by spotting opportunities and following up on potential work, managing client development pipelines
  • Guiding design progress in the studio; proofreading and sharing feedback ensuring design and deliverables satisfy the client’s brief and feedback
  • Overseeing the forecasted diary to plan and organise capacity in the studio
  • Preparing status and finance reporting internally and externally

About you

  • 3+ years experience managing UX/UI design projects essential
  • Great people skills and ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Experience working with different teams/roles in-house and on the client-side
  • Excellent communication and workshopping skills
